As a continuation of the deck "The Whisper of Stars and Garden Tarot," the Scarlet & Black Tarot presents an entirely different story—one that exists in darkness yet remains healing and full of hope. Chain J has always aimed to create a healing tarot, hoping that everyone can find strength in his creations. After crafting a beautiful narrative, he conceived an idea of hope amidst darkness, leading to the creation of this tarot deck dominated by black and red hues. Based on the original story, he reworked the color design and made intricate changes to the characters.
Creative inspiration.
After "The Whisper of Stars and Garden Tarot," Chain J aims to create an entirely new story world. Unlike the serene and natural color narrative of the previous work, SCARLET & BLACK TAROT draws inspiration from the heat within darkness. This series features black and red as the primary colors, maintaining the original framework while presenting a brand new story. The use of black evokes hidden secrets, creating a somber texture reminiscent of vintage, faded murals; the crimson pierces through the darkness. It feels as if one is immersed in a long black night. When you feel lonely and lost, a touch of crimson slowly seeps in from the horizon, bringing forth a passionate and vibrant hope.

This tarot deck includes a complete set of 22 Major Arcana cards and 56 Minor Arcana cards, divided into four suits: Wands, Cups, Swords, and Pentacles. Additionally, there is one special card.
